The Young Partners Programme is conducted in cooperation with internal and external speakers and is held once a year in Zurich, Switzerland. It is designed to assist you in understanding basic concepts of finance and how they are best applied in practice.

Experts from Julius Baer and external speakers will provide you with knowledge about the theory and concepts of portfolio management and international finance. During the four-day programme, you will also gain insights into various aspects concerning the management of a company. Furthermore, you will be provided with the opportunity to visit a Swiss company and meet members of its executive board.
