Provided a contract between Bank Julius Baer & Co. Ltd and the supplier references to the General Purchasing Conditions of Bank Julius Baer & Co. Ltd. (GPC), the version of the GPC mentioned in the contract shall apply. If the GPC are not referenced in the contract, only the contractual terms and conditions agreed in the respective contract shall apply.
