Stefan Bollinger

Stefan Bollinger has been Chief Executive Officer and a Member of the Executive Board of Julius Baer since January 2025. He also serves as Chair of the Global Wealth Management Committee. He previously spent two decades at Goldman Sachs, where he was a Partner and most recently held the post of Co-Head of Private Wealth Management Europe, Middle East and Africa, as well as serving as a Member of the European Management Committee. Before that, he worked for J.P. Morgan in London and New York. Stefan Bollinger is a CFA Charterholder and a Certified EFFAS Financial Analyst.
Jean Nabaa
Chief Operating Officer | Nationality: Swiss and Lebanese | Born 1978
Jean Nabaa was appointed Chief Operating Officer and a Member of the Executive Board in April 2026. He brings over 20 years of international experience in financial services, with an extensive focus on wealth management. Before joining Julius Baer, Jean Nabaa served as COO for International Wealth and Premier Banking and COO for Global Private Banking at HSBC. Prior to this, he held COO positions at Standard Chartered Bank and Bank of America Merrill Lynch. He began his career at McKinsey & Company in Switzerland. Jean Nabaa holds an MBA from INSEAD and a Master of Science in Economics from the University of Lausanne.
Peter Burrill

Peter Burrill was appointed Chief Financial Officer and Member of the Executive Board of Julius Baer in August 2026. Prior to joining Julius Baer, he spent nine years at Standard Chartered in London, most recently serving as Interim Group Chief Financial Officer and Member of the Group Management Team, following five years as Group Head, Central Finance and Deputy CFO. Earlier, he was Group Controller and Co-Head of Group Finance at Deutsche Bank in Frankfurt, overseeing group-wide finance functions, including financial reporting and regulatory policy. Peter Burrill began his career at KPMG, where he spent 20 years as an auditor in the Financial Services practice and was a partner in the firm's Munich and Frankfurt offices. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Economics from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
Victoria McLean

Victoria McLean has been Chief Compliance Officer and a Member of the Executive Board of Julius Baer since February 2026. She is a senior compliance professional with over 30 years of expertise in wealth management, working in large financial services institutions with global footprints. She joins Julius Baer from Goldman Sachs, where she has served as Head of Private Wealth Management Compliance EMEA since 2012, and assumed responsibility for regional country compliance across EMEA since 2021. Victoria McLean holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of Sheffield.
Ivan Ivanic

Ivan Ivanic has been Chief Risk Officer and a member of the Executive Board since July 2025. He joined Julius Baer in 2025 as Chief Credit Officer, bringing with him over twenty-seven years of experience in managing financial risk across wealth management and corporate & investment banking at global systemically important banks such as UBS and Citigroup. He served in various Chief Credit Officer and Regional Chief Risk Officer functions since 2011, managing different types of risk in credit, market, and treasury. Ivan Ivanic holds a Master’s Degree in Operations Research and Econometrics from the University of Economics and Business in Bratislava and a Bachelor’s Degree in International Business and Management from the Hogeschool van Utrecht.
Thomas Frauenlob
Co-Head Region Western Markets & Switzerland | Nationality: Swiss and Australian | Born 1970
Thomas Frauenlob was appointed Co-Head Western Markets & Switzerland in April 2025 and has served as a member of Julius Baer’s Executive Board since June 2026. He initially joined Julius Baer in 2024 as Head Intermediaries & Family Offices. During his tenure, he also became a member of the Global Wealth Management Committee in February 2025. Before joining Julius Baer, Thomas accumulated extensive leadership experience in global wealth management, most notably during 13 years at UBS, where he held several senior roles, including Head of Global Financial Intermediaries Business and Head of Global Family Office & Ultra High Net Worth Clients Switzerland. Earlier in his career, he served as Head of Equity Derivatives Sales and Retail Investor Solutions Switzerland at Deutsche Bank and as Head of Structured Products at Goldman Sachs Switzerland. Thomas holds a Master’s degree in Business and Economics and a PhD in Banking and Finance.
Rajesh Manwani

Rajesh Manwani is Co-Head Global Products & Solutions and a Member of the Executive Board. He joined Julius Baer in 2017 to oversee Markets & Wealth Management Solutions in Asia. Rajesh Manwani has over twenty-six years of experience in wealth management, having led global, regional, and country teams in other leading wealth management institutions. In these, he oversaw a broad range of functions including investment strategy and research, discretionary portfolio management, advisory services, managed investment solutions, capital market products, trading, and wealth planning services. Rajesh Manwani serves on the Board of SCB Julius Baer Securities Co. Ltd. (Thailand). He holds a post-graduate diploma in management from the Indian Institute of Management Calcutta and a degree in Engineering. He is also a CFA and a CAIA charterholder.
