Moreover the programme at the St. Moritz Art Masters invited visitors to experience truly 'exceptional discoveries': Art viewers were offered a unique symbiosis of gallery and art presentations on the one hand, as well as highlights of the international arts scene, assembled in St. Moritz especially for this occasion, on the other. The project “Lingua Franca” brought divers emerging and mid-career talents with Swiss artists to the Engadin. The exhibitions were developed and created in the Engadin.

Yves Netzhammer’s work was shown at the Kunstmuseum Bern in 2010 and at the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art (SFMOMA) in 2008, among other places; in 2007 he represented Switzerland at the 52nd Venice Biennale.
