Centre d’Art Contemporain
Geneva / Switzerland
Founded in 1974 as a gallery of art in Geneva, the Centre d’Art Contemporain is the leading institution of contemporary art in French-speaking Switzerland. The Centre has discovered and supported Swiss and international artists at the beginning of their careers for over thirty years. As start of this long-term partnership between Julius Baer and the Centre, an exhibition of Swiss contemporary art from the Julius Baer Art Collection was organised in 2005. In 2006 we were partners for an exhibition of a talented young Swiss artist, Philippe Decrauzat. The following year, we continued our partnership with a new cycle of art talks. In 2009, we supported the exhibition of the young photographer Adrien Missika. In June 2010, we will be partner of the exhibition of the talented artist Pauline Boudry.
