Julius Baer appoints Wolfgang Humbert-Droz as new Market Head Japan

Wolfgang Humbert-Droz joins Julius Baer from GAM, where he has been Chairman of GAM Switzerland as well as Head of Institutional and Fund Development of GAM Japan. Prior to that, he was CEO of GAM Switzerland for eight years. Wolfgang Humbert-Droz knows Japan very well: over more than ten years of work as a banking professional in Japan, he has not only gained a wealth of experience but also built an extensive network of contacts. Wolfgang Humbert-Droz holds a PhD in Law from the University of Zurich and pursued advanced studies in Japanese business law at Kyoto University, Japan.
