Content Assistant Production Desk 

• Checking French publications for linguistic, factual and layout-related irregularities and insuring compliance with legal requirements, etc.
•  Verbal contact and e-mail correspondence with external providers (printing companies, translation agencies) and internal staff
• General administrative tasks associated with publications (incl. managing compliant/non compliant publications, maintaining updated lists of invoices, periodicals, reports, market updates, newsletters, etc. for internal departments)
• Joint responsibility for the production of Julius Baer's publication "Monthly", "Baer Focus", and special studies, in particular the French language versions
• Monthly and quarterly earnings reports
• Updating various databases
  

• Commercial education and professional experience in Content Management
• Experience in the banking/finance industry
• Excellent knowledge of French and fluency in German, good command of English
• Rapid understanding of processes and ability to acquire a basic understanding of legal requirements
• Ability to anticipate and plan the "next step(s)" and work independently (self-starter)
• Sound knowledge of MS Office programs and motivation to quickly learn new programs (e.g. InDesign, Lotus Notes, etc.)
• Meticulous and efficient approach to work
• Team-oriented, pro-active and helpful personality
