With the entry into the commercial register of the Canton of Zurich on 25 June 2008, the capital reduction as resolved by the Annual General Meeting of Julius Baer Holding Ltd. on 15 April 2008 was executed by cancellation of 12,222,222 Julius Baer registered shares.

The registered share capital of Julius Baer Holding Ltd. now amounts to CHF 10,551,712.80, divided into 211,034,256 registered shares with a par value of CHF 0.05 each.
