In terms of investment grade bonds, institutional investors with Julius Baer can select from a broad, clearly structured range of institutional bond funds. The products may be denominated in Swiss francs as well as foreign currencies.
Current range of bond funds
The product range is structured in accordance with the different investment grades:
- Bonds of a very high credit quality and rated AAA to AA- (upper investment grade range)
- Bonds of an average credit quality and rated A+ to BBB- (lower investment grade range)
Planned new bond funds
Julius Baer is planning further expansion of its investment fund offering in the following areas:
- Bonds with a low credit rating and a potentially higher return (high-yield bonds)
- Emerging market bond
